Altman, general contractors in Southern Illinois since 1937, joined with Charter Construction, Inc., a leader in the construction industry in St. Louis for over 25 years. We serve financial institution clients throughout the mid-west and our completed project portfolio includes home office additions and renovations, branch facilities and tenant finish work inside existing buildings.
