Mr. Alessi is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He maintains his EIT registration in the state of Wisconsin.
Mr. Alessi joined the profession and Altman-Charter in 1985. He has managed general construction and design/build projects since joining the profession. He is proficient in computer estimating, procurement, scheduling and cost control. Mr. Alessi is an officer and principal owner of Altman-Charter.
Mr. Alessi has managed the design and construction of more than 50 financial institution projects.

Mr. Lawder is a graduate of Rockhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Management and Marketing.
Mr. Lawder entered the profession in 1980 and joined Altman-Charter in 1984. He has managed all facets of construction projects including renovation, elderly housing design/build and financial institution projects. Mr. Lawder is an officer and principal owner of Altman-Charter.
Mr. Lawder has managed the design and construction of more than 50 financial institution projects.

Mr. Pauly attended Meramec Community College, Washington University and the University of Wisconsin Extension Program. Mr. Pauly is a member of the Business Designers and Construction Specifications Institute, and also involved in the AMA and AIA courses for Project and Leadership Affectiveness Training.
Mr. Pauly entered the profession in 1966 and joined Altman-Charter in 1994 as Director of Design. With 36 years of design experience with financial institutions, he has managed the design and planning of over 250 projects. He previously was Vice President of Design of Sverdrup/Bunce Corporation from 1973 to 1994 and Senior Architectural Designer for the Atlanta Office of Bank Building Corporation from 1966 through 1973.
Mr. Pauly has designed more than 250 financial institution facilities.
