Complex Phased Renovation Project is Complete - 7/11/2005 Maintaining bank operations during a complete renovation and the additions to three ends of the existing headquarters building presented some scheduling and coordination nightmares. Altman-Charters hands-on staff helped ensure that employees and customers maintained access to all areas of the banks operations. Not only did the renovation work involve improvements to function and quality of finishes within the building, but it dramatically changed the stature and image of the building exterior within the downtown environment. Bank management praised the efforts of Altman-Charter to maintain budget constraints during construction by under-running the Owners budget expectation by more than eight percent.
