Due to the explosive growth in the Branson area Ozark Mountain Bank found it necessary to add a 15,500 square foot addition to their three-year-old 18,800 square foot headquarters building.

Phasing the design and construction was a critical aspect of the project delivery. Working closely with each department to ensure that already congested quarters were not further disrupted during construction and renovation was a key planning element. Yet careful design consideration ensured that the building function and appearance was a continuation of the original building character.
