Their existing facility was located in a high growth area, but was functionally and spacially inadequate to service the expanding customer base. Altman-Charter was hired to solve their space needs and to improve their visual image and identity.

By building additions to both sides of the existing structure, it allowed the addition of a modular vault, expansion of lending and customer service platforms, real estate closing and ADA accessible toilet areas. The dated building exterior transformation was accomplished with a new entrance and stylized contemporary design features.
