Challenged to preserve the character of the local historic district, the bank hired Altman-Charter to plan, design and construct their new facilities. After reviewing multiple design and cost options, the final design incorporates adding a new community center and relocation of existing drive-up operations into a new stand-alone facility with a "turn-of-the-century" traditional design. Relocation of existing drive-up operations allowed the bank to expand the first floor of their headquarters building for lending and investment operations. Altman-Charter helped the bank plan their temporary drive-up layout in order to maintain operations during the phased construction process.
