This growing hometown bank’s original location was landlocked on all sides leaving no room for expansion. Altman-Charter’s design team helped the owner to develop a solution to purchase new land and build a new home office.

Built on an out-parcel of a Walmart shopping center the new 4,600 sf one-story structure also includes a 1,900 sf partial basement. Blue shingles and blue tinted glass are tempered with gray exterior materials to create a contemporary, residential image in the community. The exterior design includes 3 drive-up kiosks and 1 drive-up ATM. Interior service features include 4 lobby tellers, a safe-deposit vault and customer service offices.
